Magyar Giving Back

Magyar Bank was founded by a group of Hungarian businessmen in 1922 in part to support the community as it grew into a vibrant and exciting region to live.  The group determined that it was vital for a community bank to take an active leadership role in the community to understand the needs of its neighbors and assist families and businesses in making sure their financial needs were met.

Today, Magyar Bank follows this same principle of being an active member of the communities we serve.  And through employees volunteering their time and corporate donations, Magyar Bank supports over 75 organizations annually.

You’ll see us at various fundraisers including little league and soccer tournaments, business functions and golf outings.  Our employees are serving meals at soup kitchens, conducting food drives for local food banks, and much more.
